After signing up for service, a pile pickers representative will get in contact with you to go over when a good time it is for us to start scooping for you.

That is entirely up to you. During the sign up process, you will be asked the frequency of scooping that needs to happen. 

Everyone’s scooping situation is different but you will receive a quote for service after filling out required information for a free quote. 

Payment needs to be received at the first of each month. We do not start service until payment has been received. The initial payment will be a pro rated amount depending on when you need service to begin. 

You can pay by using the card you put on file during the sign up process. Payments are made online through the client portal.
